What is Resurge and Who is John Barban? 

So, John Barban is somebody that has worked in the dietary supplements industry for the past 8+ years working as both a consultant, as well as on his own products such as Resurge.  He also has worked alongside others in the industry developing different courses for weight loss and bodybuilding.

Final Verdict

Well, I think I have covered everything.  Mostly.  Resurge I think is worth taking a look at. 

If you have trouble sleeping then rather than getting addicted to the likes of diazepam, and other opiates I think there is honestly some potential here.  If you are overweight, as well, then I would seriously think about if these two things may be linked.  Hormonal imbalance is certainly at least one cause of unhealthy weight gain, and correcting this issue can certainly help reverse the process.

And bottom line if you take in the right vitamins and minerals etc. then you are most definitely on the right path but if taking Resurge, or any other supplement is more efficient than say a healthy diet I can neither confirm nor deny!  I would say this varies from person to person and the only real way to know tests for yourself.  From my view reviews, I have read have been more positive but I would say they are mostly mixed.
